MEET ME
The Kind of Therapist I Hope to Be…
More than anything, I hope therapy becomes a place where you can exhale.
A place where you don't have to perform. Where you don't have to have the right words. Where your story is met with curiosity rather than judgment. Where your emotions are understood as messengers rather than enemies. Where you feel deeply seen, safely known, and gently invited toward lasting change.
I believe meaningful transformation doesn't happen because someone tells you how to live. It happens within the safety of a genuine therapeutic relationship—where healing, courage, hope, and authenticity have room to grow.
I don't believe the greatest gift I offer is simply what I know. I believe it is the way I strive to know the person sitting in front of me—with curiosity, compassion, and genuine care.

MY Approach
Healing is rarely one-dimensional because every person's story is unique.
For that reason, I believe in a multimodal approach to therapy. Rather than relying on one method, I thoughtfully integrate attachment-based, experiential, Somatic Experience, AEDP, EMDR-informed, and trauma-informed approaches to meet you where you are.
Whether we're exploring long-standing patterns, learning to understand your emotions, reconnecting with the wisdom of your body, or creating new experiences that foster healing, my goal remains the same:
To help you become more deeply rooted so you can flourish—not because life becomes easier, but because your identity, your worth, and your hope are no longer determined by your circumstances.
My work draws from advanced training in:
Somatic Experiencing®
AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy)
Attachment-Based Therapy
Trauma-Informed Care
Psychoeducation
