I believe every woman carries within her the capacity to flourish.

You were created for more than simply getting through life.

Sometimes life buries that truth beneath pain, shame, fear, and survival. It becomes easy to lose sight of who you are beneath the weight of what you've experienced.

Your emotions are not your enemies—they are messengers, here to help you understand yourself with greater compassion.

Healing is not about becoming someone different. It's about becoming more fully the woman you were already created to be.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, weighed down by shame, disconnected from yourself, or simply longing for something more, my hope is that therapy becomes a soft landing—where you feel deeply seen, safely known, and gently invited toward lasting change.

The greatest gift this profession has given me is not simply the opportunity to help others. It has also been the opportunity to continue growing myself. I believe the more I learn, the more I heal, and the more fully I live, the greater my capacity becomes to walk alongside others with authenticity, compassion, and hope.

My journey from being an educator to a therapist has transformed far more than my professional life—it has transformed me personally. Although my role has changed, my heart remains the same. I still find great joy in helping people discover strengths they didn't know they possessed, understand themselves more deeply, and leave believing they are capable of far more than they imagined.

It is a privilege and an honor to be invited into someone's story. My hope is that every person who walks through my door leaves not only with a greater understanding of themselves, but with the confidence to embrace life more fully—to navigate emotions with courage, experience deeper connection, and discover the person they were created to be.

Today, I support women through Somatic Experiencing®, AEDP, and attachment-focused therapy. Together, we'll explore your experiences, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and create space for lasting healing. —Nicole

MY BELIEF

You deserve to flourish.

Many people think flourishing means always feeling happy.

Flourishing isn't about living a life without hardship.

It isn't avoiding difficult emotions.

It isn't pretending everything is okay.

And it isn't becoming someone different.

To flourish is to become deeply rooted.

So deeply rooted that your circumstances no longer determine your identity, your worth, or your hope.

Two photos, one with a person wearing comfortable clothing, the other is placed in a relaxing environment.

“Being deeply rooted is becoming securely connected to your authentic self—the part of you that remains beneath fear, shame, old wounds, and protective patterns. As healing unfolds, you begin to trust your inner experience, recognize your strengths, and respond from your values rather than from survival. You become less driven by what happened to you and more guided by who you are.”
—Diana Fosha, PhD, founder of Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)

Envision what’s possible when you’re able to:

  • Setting healthy boundaries with greater confidence and making decisions with less self-doubt.

  • Taking one step at a time with greater clarity and confidence rather than feeling stuck in indecision, confusion, or fear of making the wrong choice.

  • Having honest, vulnerable conversations that once felt too difficult to begin.

  • Building meaningful connections by reaching out to others rather than withdrawing into isolation.

  • Rediscovering dreams, pursuing long-held goals, and taking meaningful steps toward the life you want to create.

  • Living more fully in the present instead of being consumed by fear of the future.

  • Developing a stronger sense of identity that remains steady, even when relationships or life circumstances feel uncertain.

  • Finding hope, peace, and resilience in the midst of life's most difficult seasons rather than feeling stuck or overwhelmed by them.

  • Strengthening relationships through honest communication, healthy boundaries, and deeper emotional connection.

  • Sharing thoughts, emotions, needs, and vulnerabilities without being weighed down by shame.

  • Discovering that your voice matters and feeling confident enough to use it.

  • Discovering the freedom to embrace creativity, curiosity, and possibility instead of feeling the need to constantly anticipate, control, or script what comes next.

  • Finding the courage to step away from unhealthy relationships and no longer settling out of fear, believing instead that you are worthy of healthy, life-giving relationships.

  • Taking thoughtful, healthy risks that lead to growth, new opportunities, and a fuller life.
